How is a service agreement arranged?
We begin every new relationship with a conversation, not a contract form. Once we understand your requirements, we will set out a clear, written service agreement covering scope, schedule, pricing and any specific preferences. For recurring clients, this forms the basis of an ongoing arrangement that we review with you as your needs evolve.

Who will be cleaning my property?
You will be assigned a dedicated team who are briefed specifically on your property and preferences. We do not rotate staff arbitrarily — consistency is central to the way we work. Every member of our team is carefully selected, fully referenced and personally vetted before they are placed with any client.

Are your staff insured?
Yes. All of our staff are fully insured, and The Beaufort Co carries comprehensive public liability insurance. You can invite our team into your property with complete confidence.

What should I do with fragile items?
We ask clients to let us know in advance about any items that require particular care. Whether that is artwork, antiques, delicate surfaces or sentimental pieces. Our teams are briefed accordingly and trained to work around high-specification interiors. If you would prefer certain areas or items to be left untouched, we will note that as part of your standing instructions.

How do I arrange access to my property?
Access arrangements are agreed at the outset and managed discreetly. Whether that means a key held securely by us, a key safe, a concierge arrangement or a building manager. We will work around whatever suits you. All access details are handled with the utmost confidentiality and stored securely. We handle all access information with the utmost discretion and in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How quickly can you begin?
This depends on the service required and our current availability. For recurring cleaning arrangements, we typically allow a short period to carry out an initial visit, agree a brief and assign the right team. For one-off cleans or end of tenancy cleans, we will always do our best to accommodate your timeline. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do you offer single cleans or contract only?
We offer both. While many of our clients engage us on an ongoing basis, which allows us to maintain a consistent standard over time. We also accommodate one-off deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans and short-let turnovers. Whatever the arrangement, the standard of service remains the same.

What areas of London do you cover?
We primarily serve clients across Chelsea, Kensington, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, Notting Hill, Fulham, Battersea and Marylebone. If your property falls outside these areas, we would still encourage you to get in touch. We consider enquiries across central and west London on a case-by-case basis.
